- Prices listed do not include P&P, duties or taxes.
- £4.50 P&P costs will be added to the final basket.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are payable locally by customers ordering from outside the UK.
- All items will be dispatched within 7 working days following receipt of order and payment, although this may be longer if the item is on back order or a bespoke order.
- As items are individually handmade some colours, finishes and detail sizes may differ slightly from those detailed. Many items are available to order in other finishes, colours and sizes.
- All items are meticulously hand crafted and are guaranteed to be of good workmanship and quality.
- If you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days and the cost will be refunded.
- Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items and earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are non-refundable unless faulty.
